Since 1991, author and software developer Eric Giguere has been leading a double life as an occasional composer of sacred and spiritual music.

A lifelong Roman Catholic, Eric has been playing piano and leading a choir at the University Catholic Community at St. Jerome’s University in Waterloo, Ontario. Bored with the psalm settings found in the Catholic Book of Worship, Eric one day decided to write his own music for the text. Little did he know he’d enjoy it so much and continue to write new psalm settings for years to come!

In addition to the psalm settings, which is the majority of his output so far, Eric also writes other music for sacred settings, some of which will also find its way on this site.
